BSLBATTERY 是一款用于 BMS设备监控与管理的应用程序，提供设备监控、站点管理、蓝牙配网、固件升级（OTA）等功能。本隐私政策（以下简称“政策”）适用于 深圳市物通融合科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）提供的移动端应用程序，本政策帮助您充分了解您在使用我们的产品和服务时，我们收集哪些数据、为什么收集这些数据、如何利用这些数据以及如何保护这些数据。
您的信任对我们至关重要，我们深知个人信息对您的重要性。我们将按照法律法规的要求，在合理、必要的范围内，向您收集个人信息。我们将竭尽全力通过合理有效的信息安全技术和管理流程，并采取相应的安全保护措施，防止您的信息泄露、损毁或丢失。
一、我们收集的信息
我们仅收集实现产品功能所必需的最少信息：

我们自动收集的信息：

我们不收集：崩溃日志、行为统计数据、广告标识符、通讯录、短信、通话记录、精确地理位置轨迹。
二、设备权限说明
为实现下述功能，本应用会申请以下系统权限。您可以拒绝授权，拒绝后仅影响对应功能的使用，不影响其他功能：
- 蓝牙：扫描并连接附近的BMS设备，用于设备配网、参数设置及固件升级（OTA）数据传输。
- 相机：扫描二维码绑定设备；拍摄头像、站点图片。
- 相册（照片库）：选择照片上传为头像或站点图片；选择二维码图片进行识别。
- 定位（使用期间）：系统要求：获取当前 WiFi 名称（SSID）需借助定位权限，仅用于设备配网，我们不会收集您的位置轨迹。
- 文件存储：读取您选择的固件文件，用于通过蓝牙为本地设备进行固件升级。
三、信息的使用
我们仅在以下目的范围内使用收集的信息：
- 完成账号注册、登录与身份验证；
- 为您提供设备监控、站点管理、消息通知等核心服务；
- 为您的设备完成配网、参数设置与固件升级；
- 判断应用版本兼容性，引导应用升级；
- 保障账号与服务安全，防止恶意攻击与滥用行为。
我们不会将您的个人信息用于上述目的之外的用途，不会用于个性化广告推送。
四、信息的共享、转让与公开披露
本应用未接入任何第三方 SDK（包括但不限于统计、广告、推送、支付类 SDK），我们不会向任何第三方公司、组织或个人共享、转让您的个人信息，除非：
- 获得您的明确同意；
- 根据适用的法律法规、司法机关或行政机关的强制性要求。
本应用的服务器部署于亚马逊云科技（AWS）位于海外的数据中心。您的账号数据与站点数据存储于该等服务器。AWS 仅作为数据存储的基础设施提供方，不会独立处理您的个人信息。
本应用不涉及任何支付功能，不会收集您的银行卡、支付账户等金融信息。
五、信息的存储与跨境访问
- 存储地点：您的个人信息存储于亚马逊云科技（AWS）海外服务器。
- 跨境访问：我们的运营团队位于中国境内，因提供技术支持、客户服务与产品运营的需要，中国境内的工作人员会在安全受控的办公环境中访问服务器上的数据。我们会通过访问权限控制、操作审计等措施保障数据安全。
- 存储期限：我们仅在为您提供服务所必需的期间内保留您的个人信息。您注销账号后，您的个人信息及日志数据将在 30 天内 被彻底删除或匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。
- 安全措施：我们采用加密传输、访问控制等合理的安全技术与管理制度保护您的信息。但请注意，互联网环境并非绝对安全，如发生信息安全事件，我们将按照法律法规要求及时告知您。
六、您的权利
您对您的个人信息享有以下权利：
- 访问与更正：您可以在本应用内随时查看、修改您的头像、站点信息等资料；
- 删除：您可以删除您上传的头像、站点图片及站点信息；
- 注销账号：您可以通过本应用内的注销功能（我的 → 设置 → 注销账号）申请注销账号，也可以发送邮件至 pengzhuang@wutongronghe.com 提出注销申请。注销后，您的个人信息及日志数据将在 30 天内彻底删除，且无法恢复；或者访问https://bms.bslbatt.org/deleteRequest.html提交申请删除账号或数据。
- 撤回授权：您可以在设备的系统设置中随时关闭蓝牙、相机、相册、定位等权限授权；
- 投诉与反馈：如对我们的个人信息处理行为有任何疑问或投诉，可通过本政策第八条的联系方式与我们联系，我们将在 15 个工作日内回复。
七、未成年人保护
本应用面向 13 周岁以上 的用户，不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童，我们也不会有意识地收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人信息，将尽快删除相关信息。
八、隐私政策的更新
我们可能适时修订本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本应用内公布，重大变更（如处理目的、处理方式、信息种类发生重大变化）我们将以应用内公告或其他显著方式通知您。更新后的隐私政策自公布之日起生效。

BSLBATTERY is an application for monitoring and managing BMS devices, providing features such as device monitoring, site management, Bluetooth network provisioning, and firmware over-the-air (OTA) upgrades. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to the mobile application provided by Shenzhen Wutong Ronghe Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). This Policy helps you fully understand what data we collect when you use our products and services, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Your trust is of great importance to us, and we fully understand the importance of your personal information. We will collect your personal information within a reasonable and necessary scope in accordance with legal requirements. We will do our utmost to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged, or lost through reasonable and effective information security technologies, management processes, and corresponding security protection measures.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's functions:

Information we collect automatically:

We do not collect: crash logs, behavioral statistics, advertising identifiers, contacts, text messages, call records, or precise location trajectories.
2. Device Permissions
To implement the following features, the App may request the following system permissions. You may deny permission; denial will affect only the corresponding feature, not other functions:
- Bluetooth: Scan and connect nearby BMS devices for network provisioning, parameter settings, and firmware OTA data transfer.
- Camera: Scan QR codes to bind devices; take profile and site photos.
- Photo Library: Select photos to upload as avatars or site images; select QR code images for recognition.
- Location (While Using): System requirement: accessing the current WiFi name (SSID) requires location permission. It is used only for device network provisioning; we do not collect your location trajectory.
- File Storage: Read firmware files you select for local device firmware upgrades via Bluetooth.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information only within the following scope:
- Account registration, login, and identity verification;
- Providing core services such as device monitoring, site management, and message notifications;
- Device network provisioning, parameter settings, and firmware upgrades;
- Checking app version compatibility and guiding app upgrades;
- Safeguarding account and service security, and preventing malicious attacks and abuse.
We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those described above, nor for personalized advertising.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs (including but not limited to analytics, advertising, push, or payment SDKs). We will not share or transfer your personal information with any third-party company, organization, or individual, except:
- With your explicit consent;
- As required by applicable laws, regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative agencies.
The App's servers are deployed in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers located outside mainland China. Your account data and site data are stored on these servers. AWS acts solely as the infrastructure provider for data storage and does not independently process your personal information.
The App does not involve any payment functions and will not collect your bank card, payment account, or other financial information.
5. Information Storage and Cross-border Access
- Storage Location: Your personal information is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) overseas servers.
- Cross-border Access: Our operations team is located in mainland China. To provide technical support, customer service, and product operations, our staff in mainland China may access data on the servers from secure, controlled office environments. We implement access controls, operational audits, and other measures to ensure data security.
- Retention Period: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services to you. After you delete your account, your personal information and log data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
- Security Measures: We use reasonable security technologies and management systems, including encrypted transmission and access control, to protect your information. However, please note that the internet environment is not absolutely secure. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access and Correction: You may view and modify your avatar, site information, and other information in the App at any time;
- Deletion: You may delete avatars, site photos, and site information you have uploaded;
- Account Deletion: You may apply to delete your account through the in-app account deletion feature (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing pengzhuang@wutongronghe.com. After deletion, your personal information and log data will be permanently deleted within 30 days and cannot be recovered; alternatively, you may visit https://bms.bslbatt.org/deleteRequest.html to submit a request to delete your account or data;
- Withdraw Authorization: You may turn off Bluetooth, camera, photo library, location, and other permission authorizations in your device's system settings at any time;
- Complaints and Feedback: If you have any questions or complaints about our personal information handling, please contact us using the information in Section 8 of this Policy. We will respond within 15 business days.
7. Protection of Minors
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information as soon as possible.
8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published in the App, and we will notify you of material changes (such as changes to processing purposes, methods, or categories of information) through in-app announcements or other prominent means. The updated Privacy Policy becomes effective upon publication.
